Returns

Customers may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving an order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original branded packaging.

All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to the Customer at Customer’s expense.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Returned goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by Linjer or its’ partner warehouses. 

All returns for Spend USD$99 and, Get a Free Velvet Jewelry Case promotion

If you return items in your order and the order value is below USD$99 and no longer qualifies for the free case, you may:

1. Return the free case with your order

OR

2. If you would like to keep the case, USD$30 will be deducted from your refund if the total of the items kept falls under the eligibility threshold for the free case.
