How much does shipping cost?
- We offer free shipping for orders above $75 USD (or equivalent in other currencies)
- Orders under $75 USD are subject to a $9.90 USD shipping fee for all countries, with the exception of Canada (shipping fee is $15 USD) and Hong Kong (shipping fee is $3.50 USD)
* If you pay in a currency other than US Dollars, the shipping fee is converted accordingly

How long will delivery take?
- Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. 
- Delivery times range from 1-10 business days depending on the destination.

- All shipments have tracking numbers. We will send you a tracking number by email after your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Please note:

Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.



What's your return policy?
If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible Linjer items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. Customized products and products marked "Final sale" on the respective product page are not eligible for return.

All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

Shipping fees (for orders less than $75 USD) are non-refundable.

Partial returns for Buy 1, Get 1 40% Off promotion
When purchasing products that qualify for our Buy 1 Get 1 40% off promotion (BOGO40), the discount will be based on the lowest priced product in an applicable pair. If you choose to return one of the two products included in an applicable pair, that pair will no longer qualify for the BOGO40 promotion and your refund will be reduced with the BOGO40 discount amount.

Example: if your first product included in a qualifying pair is $40 and your second product is $30, the price you pay would be $40 + $18 (after 40% discount) = $58, and your total discount is $12. If only one product is returned, the refund will be the original price of that product reduced by the discount. I.e. If you return the product originally priced $30, your refund will be $30 - $12 = $18. If you return the product originally priced $40, your refund will be $40 - $12 = $28.

If you return both products, your refund will be $58.


What's the return process?

We are pleased to offer two return options:
1) Ship your return parcel (at your cost) to a designated address in your country.
2) We create a return label for you to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of $15 USD (or equivalent in other currencies) per shipment will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling.

Elsewhere -- Please send your return parcel to the nearest warehouse on our list.
- If you are located in Norway or Mexico, we do have a local warehouse but are not able to generate return labels, so please use your preferred shipping method.

The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.

What's your exchange policy?
We don't have a formal exchange program. If you'd like to exchange something for a different colour or size, we treat it like a return. Then you can place a new order on our webshop for the item you'd like to receive in exchange.
