Orders made on www.linjer.co and sub websites are only for private use and not intended for re-sale. We do our best to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. Linjer reserves the right that products are subject to availability and that items might be out of stock. Linjer shall not be held liable in case of unavailability of products. Linjer reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including for suspected violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Pricing and Payments
Linjer displays prices in, and accepts payments in various currencies. We securely accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. In some countries, we accept Apple Pay and Google Pay and other payment methods.
Linjer offers free shipping on orders above varying thresholds. This threshold depends on the country the order is shipped to. Any applicable shipping costs will be added at checkout.
Delivery times displayed on the website are an estimate and we do our very best to achieve these, but times can differ depending on conditions which are out of the control of Linjer.
Current estimated delivery times: 1-2 business days for Hong Kong, 4-7 business days for United States, 4-6 business days for Europe (excl. UK), 4-9 business days for UK, 5-6 business days for Singapore, 5-8 business days for Australia/New Zealand and 4-6 business days in other countries. Estimated delivery times may be faster depending on whether you have upgraded to express shipping.
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes
Taxes and Duties
Linjer covers taxes and duties. All taxes and duties are included in the final price paid by the Customer.
Customers may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving an order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original branded packaging. Personalized products and products marked "Final sale" on the respective product page are not eligible for return.
We are offering an extended holiday return period for orders placed between November 1 and December 15, 2022-- for these orders, you will have until January 16, 2023 to initiate a return (rather than the normal 30-day window).
All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to the Customer at Customer’s expense.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Returned goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by Linjer or its’ partner warehouses.
Partial returns for Buy 1, Get 1 40% Off promotion
When purchasing products that qualify for our Buy 1 Get 1 40% off promotion (BOGO40), the discount will be based on the lowest priced product in an applicable pair. If you choose to return one of the two products included in an applicable pair, that pair will no longer qualify for the BOGO40 promotion and your refund will be reduced with the BOGO40 discount amount.
Linjer guarantees leather bags against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the customer. The warranty does not cover general wear, damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or failed repair attempts. The warranty does not cover purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers.
Linjer guarantees watches and jewelry pieces to be free of any manufacturing defect for two years from the date of purchase. - What do we do with your information?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
